You may be eligible to have your charges DISMISSED without pleading guilty or going to trial.

• If you are charged with a non-violent third degree felony, and have
  no prior felony convictions, you may be eligible to have your charges DISMISSED by successfully completing a Pre Trial Intervention (P.T.I.) program for one year.



• If you are charged with a drug-related offense of possession , and
